first_imgNEW WORK HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101 Crews will be repaving the westbound lanes of Highway 101,between the Stillwater railroad overpass and Exit 4(Ellershouse), from Monday, July 19 to Saturday, July 24. Workwill take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. One lane will be closed totraffic. An alternate route is available via Trunk 1. Work on the St. Croix interchange at Exit 4 begins today, July 16and ends Friday, July 30. Crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 7p.m. Speed will be reduced to 80 km/h around the bridgeconstruction. Traffic will be one lane in each direction. HANTS COUNTY: Elmsdale Bridge Elmsdale Bridge on Trunk 2 between Elmsdale and Lantz is closeduntil September 2004. A detour is available around the bridge.Traffic control consists of a detour sign. CAPE BRETON COUNTY: Trunk 4 There will be periodic lane closures on three kilometres of Trunk4 near Middle Cape until Wednesday, Nov. 10. Realignment andrepaving work will be carried out from 6.7 kilometres west ofBreac Brook Bridge to the top of the hill in Middle Cape. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily. A pilotvehicle will be used when necessary. Motorists can expect delays and are advised to use alternateroutes where possible. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. weekdays andtraffic control persons will be in place when necessary. QUEENS COUNTY: Eastern Shore Road Bridge The Eastern Shore Road Bridge in Brooklyn will be reduced to onelane from Monday, July 19 to Friday, July 30 while bridgemaintenance is carried out. Work will take place between 7 a.m and 4:30 p.m. Temporarytraffic lights will be installed for the duration of the work. The detour is available on Pembrooke Lake Road andCarding Mill Road. The weight restrictions are posted and vary depending on thenumber of axles on the truck. LUNENBURG COUNTY: Highway 103 There will be alternating lane closures on Highway 103 betweenExit 12 and the Northfield Overpass until Friday, July 23. Roadcrews will be carrying out repaving work between 6 a.m. and 9p.m. Traffic control will consist of a pilot vehicle, flashing lightunits, barrels and traffic cones. COLCHESTER COUNTY: Highway 102 Two sections of Highway 102 will have intermittent lane closuresuntil Tuesday, Aug. 31. Traffic travelling in northbound laneswill be affected periodically while repaving is carried out. Workwill take place daily between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Section one begins 1.3 kilometres north of Commo Road, nearStewiacke, and stretches 5.3 kilometres to Shortts Lake RoadMultiplate, near Brookfield. Section two begins from the north side of Robie Structure, nearTruro, and stretches 3.4 kilometres to the intersection ofHighway 102 and Highway 104. Traffic control will consist of signage. Motorists are asked touse extra caution while driving in these areas. COLCHESTER COUNTY: Highway 104 Highway 104 will have intermittent one-lane closures untilThursday, Sept. 30. The closures begin 800 metres west of Exit17, near Valley Cross Roads and extend 5.5 kilometres easterly tothe Manganese Mines Overpass. Traffic in eastbound lanes will beaffected and lane width will be reduced to 4.5 metres in the Exit17 area. Road crews will be carrying out repaving and structuremaintenance between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. daily. Traffic control will consist of signage. GMR Infrastructure crashes to 234125 crore Q4 loss

first_imgHyderabad: GMR Infrastructure suffered Rs 2341.25 crore loss on consolidated basis during the quarter ended March 31, owing to impairment losses of some of the power assets, the infra major said in a filing with bourses Thursday. The company reported Rs 4.81 crore profit after tax during the same quarter in FY18. Consolidated total income stood at Rs 2293.63 crore during the quarter under discussion against Rs 2234.88 crore in the same quarter in FY18, it said. GMR Chhattisgarh Energy Limited (‘GCEL’) is engaged in development and operation of 2 X 685 MW coal based power project and had declared commercial operations of Unit I on November 1, 2015 and Unit II on March 31, 2016 of its 1,370 MW coal based thermal power plant at Raipur district Chhattisgarh. GCEL docs not have any long-term PP currently and has been incurring losses since the commencement of its commercial operations and has accumulated losses of Rs 4,228.51 crore as on March 31, 2019.
